Currently, as a business trip chef, he offers business trip food all over Japan.

Recently, he is also active as an instructor in an online cooking class in response to requests from various fields.

Biography

Kudo Eiryo is born to parents running restaurants in Tokyo. After graduating from high school, he began his culinary career at the long- established Japanese cuisine restaurant Nadaman at the Imperial Hotel Tokyo. Following that fruitful experience, Eiryo sought opportunities to further develop his own creativity working at a French restaurant in ANA InterContinental hotel of Tokyo. In 2009, he decided to challenge abroad and started working as official chef for the Japanese Consul General in Vancouver.
