Kudo Eiryo is born to parents running restaurants in Tokyo. After graduating from high school, he began his culinary career at the long- established Japanese cuisine restaurant Nadaman at the Imperial Hotel Tokyo. Following that fruitful experience, Eiryo sought opportunities to further develop his own creativity working at a French restaurant in ANA InterContinental hotel of Tokyo. In 2009, he decided to challenge abroad and started working as official chef for the Japanese Consul General in Vancouver.
